Final Stretch….
Double meaning… it’s the last day of the Olympics and likely the last week of baby baking. We are all getting excited and are feeling closer to being prepared. Spent the day yesterday organizing the house and getting Ella’s room ready. Meanwhile, Marshall got his haircut and hung out with Grampy. We had a nice turkey dinner last night for no other reason than turkeys were on sale.
I must admit I’ve been much more obsessed with the Games than I thought I would be, particularly the curling. Of course we are all getting ready for the big hockey final, and will be enjoying our famous guacamole and hot dog crescents. This morning, we had our regular photographer by to take some family photos, belly and all. Those should turn out really nice! There should be lots of pictures for everyone to enjoy in the next couple of weeks!
