On Valentine’s Day we went to see Flamenco Valentine which was great. It was a very romantic evening and thank you to Jamie and Michelle who babysat for us!
Saturday night we went to see the Barenaked Ladies with Rhia, Jamie and Michelle. They happen to be Rick’s favourite all-time band. He really enjoyed the show, and no wonder. They are amazing performers! His concert souvenir is perfect, too. It’s called “Barenaked on a Stick”. It’s a recording of the entire concert on a usb key.
We had our friend and real estate agent babysitting for us for the first time. She played with him quite a bit while the stager was taking me around the house a week ago showing me what I needed to do, so I knew he was ok with her. She brought her 12-year-old son so he could see what it was like to babysit. He was not impressed with the poopy diaper. *giggle*
Sunday we had brunch with some friends before the men went to a hockey game and Rhia and Eden and I went shopping at the Superstore with Marshall. After that, we came back to our place and since Marshall didn’t want to nap, we played with him. Oh yes, and Rhia changed a poopy diaper. Nice! Rhia sat him up in front of a toy and he sat there just like he’s been doing it for … well ok he fell over a couple of time, but he’s a real pro at it! I got a couple of pics and some video. For some reason I didn’t get any pics of Eden though!
